• How can I order my student's retake photo?
If you did not place an order prior to the original picture day, you can still order your student's retake photo by sending an order form to school with your student on retake day. If you would prefer to see your student's proof prior to ordering, you can place a 2nd Chance order online after you receive your student's proof and password. Retake proofs and passwords are delivered to the school approximately 3 weeks after picture day. Retake orders cannot be submitted online prior to retake day.
• When will I receive my pictures?
School portraits are typically delivered to the school 3-4 weeks after picture day.
Sports photos are typically delivered approximately 2 weeks after picture day.
• How long will my photo be available to order?
Photos are available to order 90 days after picture day. If it has been more than 90 days, please call the studio to see if we can accommodate your request.
• Where can I find my student's password?
Passwords are delivered to the school with pictures. The password will be printed on your student's proof insert as well as on the outside of their picture day envelope. If you placed an online order, you may receive a password via e-mail or text prior to the delivery.
• Why isn't my school on the event list?
Online ordering events expire 90 days after the initial picture day. If it has been more than 90 days, please call Prater Studios to place an order.
